  • HR Generalist

    The HR department builds a team of employees by recruiting, adapting, developing, and retaining them. It forms HR processes and policies and participates in creating a motivation system and performance evaluation. The HR team also supports managers in managing teams and shaping corporate culture.

  • Operations Manager / Logistics specialist

    Responsible for the operational efficiency of the project, ensuring that the SLA (Service Level Agreement) is met, delivery time is on schedule, and the quality of service is maintained. Optimizes fulfillment processes, manages contractors, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensures the scaling of operations without losing margin.

  • Legal Manager

    Accompanies the legal aspects of B2B activities, including contracts with contractors, 3PL and courier services, client contracts, and liability and compensation issues. Ensures legal security of operations within the EU, manages internal document flow, and reduces company risks.

  • Support manager
    (B2B manager)

    Manages customer operational support by processing incoming and outgoing requests, monitoring orders, stock levels, and deliveries.
